E'xpressions College for Recording

One cold winter evening in 2007 Free Expressions was recorded at E'xpressions college of music in Emeryville, CA. Three cover classic fusion and rock songs were covered: Jimi Hendrix's Little Wing, Robben Ford's Chevrolet (written by Ed and Lonny Young) and Billy Cobham's Stratus. All tunes were captured as group performances. Solos and keys for Little wing and keys for Stratus were overdubbed. Two originals were provided by Cory Fraser to complement the striking covers.
